8 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups baby leaf spinach
1 cup asparagus, chopped
1 whole tomato, diced
Bon Cook Products Used
Flaxipan Sunflower Mold, Medium Perforated Baking Sheet and Stainless Mixing Bowl.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375
°
F and place oven rack in center position. Place
Flexipan Sunflower Mold
on
Medium Perforated Baking Sheet
and set aside.
In
Stainless Mixing Bowl
, combine all ingredients and pour into mold.
Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set.
Enjoy!

Go-To Quiche Recipe

This is our go-to crustless quiche recipe! The recipe is perfect as written but we love to change it up a bit...using plain greek yogurt in place of the cottage cheese and substituting other veggies and adding ham. bacon or sausage. The Sunflower mold makes it look beautiful!

I made this quiche in the Sunflower Mold for my family for a brunch one Saturday. It was so good that it has become a breakfast staple at our house now. It reheats well and tastes just as good when days later.
